So just what choices do you have when birthing in the hospital?
Most woman do not realize the endless choices and possibilities available to them for their birth. Some choices are not portrayed as choices at all by the doctors or hospital staff, but rather as standard. Sometimes this is simply because of what the medical profession is used to seeing as the norm. In any event, as a birthing woman you need to know that when it comes to birth - hospitals and doctors provide a service of which you are a consumer.
